This 7-days online course is for those who are interested in self-growth, explore movement physicality and expand their capability. The Instant “SOLO” Composition Workshop is composed for anyone interested in practising making dances as an art. ⁠

Each day we will work on specific tasks and at the same time, we will perform with them.  It has different layers, colours, challenges the mind and imagination as you improvise. Dancers will be given improvisation tasks to move in solos. We will pay attention to the full expression of the body. As a choreographer, I will lead you to work on different movement possibilities and approaches through my research and investigation. ⁠

Let’s step out of our comfort zones, explore, discover, break the rules, face it, challenge it and dance with it.

7 days course by Narendra is opened for dancers with any experience in the movement.⁠

LIVE STREAM and RECORDED SESSIONS

The live streaming classes will be held on ZOOM platform at 11.00 AM Brussels time.
The 7 live classes will be recorded & shared with the participants after each completed session, all shared videos will be available for participants to watch until 3rd October 2021.
